When the service call is finished, your technician will be able to create and complete an invoice, hand the customer a bill, receive payment, capture the customer’s signature and close the service call. The technicians' times on- and off-the-job are also tracked along with invoice information, service history notes and payment information. When everything is complete, the updated information is then transmitted back to the office. |

Customers, Jobs and Vendors transfer to QuickBooks in real-time, eliminating the need for a manual step to import or export data. Sales invoices are posted to QuickBooks with a single click, and an Accounts Payable bill can be created automatically in QuickBooks when receiving a purchase order in ESC. This integration has taken our users to a new level of productivity. |
